Outgoing Travels Booking Conditions

All Outgoing Travels, LLC (“Outgoing Travels”) Tours offers are subject to your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (these “Terms”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking a tour offered by Outgoing Travels you agree to be bound by these Terms. Outgoing Travels reserves the right to change, update, add, or remove portions of this Agreement, including all fees, deposits, payments, and cancellations, at any time. Any revisions will apply to confirmed Tours after the revised terms are posted on the Outgoing Travels website.

AVAILABILITY & PRICES

RESERVATIONS

Travel reservations are accepted by phone or online. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to enter into a contract that meets the terms and conditions set forth herein. Deposits will be confirmed by receipt of the required non-refundable credit, which is due for all travellers at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by Outgoing Travels.

If you make a reservation for someone other than yourself, whether or not you are traveling on the reservation, you are considered the primary person making the reservation and represent the other travellers. You represent and warrant that you have permission to make this reservation on behalf of the other travellers and agree that you are responsible for (a) paying all reservation fees, (b) providing Outgoing Travels with all necessary travel information as described below. You must reference all travellers on the reservation, (c) notify Outgoing Travels of any changes or abandonments and (d) keep the other travellers on record with all information regarding your trip. and those who provide us with the services you purchased. We also request contact information from the subscriber, such as an address, telephone number, and email address. In order to be able to reach each traveller in case of last minute changes, emergencies, or to provide important information during travel, such as due to COVID-19, we request telephone numbers and email addresses from all other travellers. We also request the name and contact information of a designated emergency responder who is not traveling for each traveller. It is your responsibility to verify that all information you provide for yourself and other travelers when making your reservation is complete and accurate. In no event will we be liable to

for any errors or omissions in any information you provide to us or for any costs or damages related to such errors or omissions. After you have completed your booking, we will send you an email with a link to the secure page on our website where you can access our recommended travel packages. This information must be provided in full before the due date or your booking may be cancelled.

Tours Availability

Travel reservations are available. Tour prices are subject to change without notice. Except in exceptional circumstances as detailed below, your price is fixed once your deposit is received and cannot be changed. The tour price includes only the items listed in the itinerary or itinerary package and may not include passport and visa fees, excess baggage fees, baggage and personal insurance, gratuities, optional travel activities, optional upgrades , beverages and other personal items and expenses. . Some foreign taxes and fees are not collected in advance and must be paid by the customer abroad.
